Communities of Practice and what they are

 Community of Practice

When looking over today's reading and watching assignment, I came to learn of how COP (Community of Practice has evolved over time as we enter the most modern age yet. From what was once a hierarchy like structure, is now one that values everyone's voice regardless of status or position. With a group like this one, usually you come together for a common goal. As they say, teamwork makes the dreamwork.
